Seanna Thomas: I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, military wife and Mom of three busy children under the age of five. Life is unpredictable, chaotic and fulfilling. I do my best to feed my children healthy food that will nourish their bodies and minds, but I am also a realist. I know that sometimes you need to live your life and treat your children (and yourself)! Let food by thy medicine...mixed with a little humour and a lot of patience.
