Let me simplify the grocery store for you.  I'll take you through each and every aisle, demystify unfamiliar foods and explain how to read nutrition labels.

From one-on-one to fun group dinner nights, if you are overwhelmed about how to make healthy foods, let me help.  I can come to you, make some meals for to pack away for the week and teach you all the tricks you need to know.  Out with the bad, in with the good!

My passion is teaching the next generation about food and nutrition while keeping things light and fun!  Kids learn how to make everything from smoothies to pizza while learning life lessons about being healthy.
